Wedding Venue & Event Package
The entire events venue features over 7000 sq. feet of event space. The front balcony may also act as the perfect location for a outdoor cocktail hour for a spring or fall wedding.
Located below the main sanctuary of the chapel is the elegant 2,000 sq. foot Cocktail lounge. The Cocktail lounge features special event furniture that includes 12 ft horseshoe shaped bar and custom built gold settee. The Cocktail lounge connects to the expansive Grand ballroom and also opens up into a covered porch area with 3 wooden porch swings. The cocktail lounge may be curtained off for a cocktail hour or all the doors and curtains may be opened for a larger reception.
The Grand ballroom event space at the venue opens up into a beautifully landscaped outdoor garden that overlooks Tybee Island’s tidewater creek. The outdoor garden area at the venue allows you to incorporate both indoor and outdoor elements at your wedding. The venue grounds encompass a little over an acre of island land.
A luxurious Bridal Suite and separate Groom’s Quarters are located on the upper level of the venue with easy access ceremony sanctuary.
The wedding venue offers on site parking for up to 60 vehicles. A parking attendant will be on hand to direct arriving guests to the parking areas. For added peace of mind, security is hired to watch over the venue grounds during your wedding day.
Part of the venue’s package rental will include access to the state of the art audio and visual system. In house sound systems are available in the wedding and reception areas of the venue. The Grand ballroom’s projection system is synchronized to a large flat screen tv in the lounge. This system is accessed by simply plugging your laptop into one wall outlet with an hdmi cord. This is perfect for a photo slideshow, homemade movie to thank your guest or even a simple monogram. The flexibility will give you plenty of freedom to make your Wedding day unique and a reflection of your personalities.
All of the event grounds and staff discussed are included within the venue rental package. This venue rental package also includes a full inventory of tables, and Black Chiavari chairs. With the inclusion of these items you will not have to incorporate chair and table rentals or the delivery fees associated.
